International Delivery Destinations and Associated Regulations

In the context of our General Conditions of Sale, we would like to inform our customers of the countries where we deliver our products:

It is important for our customers to note that countries may have specific regulations regarding the importation of certain products. We therefore encourage our customers to inquire about the laws and regulations in force in their country regarding authorizations to receive these products before placing their order.

We do not accept any responsibility for our customers' non-compliance with these regulations.

Free delivery

In accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, it is expressly agreed that free delivery will be granted for purchases of a minimum amount of 89 euros. Delivery by DHL Express transport mode.

Dispatch of your package

The customer must ensure that the information provided for delivery is in conformity (surname, first name, address, telephone number). If this information does not allow the carrier to ensure delivery, or if a parcel made available at a relay point is not claimed, the parcel will be returned to us and the delivery costs will not be refunded. All our deliveries are made in a closed package, with no mention of the website The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during his order. Packages are dispatched from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery time does not include the order preparation time, which is on average 24 hours. However, the delivery period does not constitute an exact time limit and we cannot be held liable in the event of a supplier's stock or delay in delivery. In particular in the event of a delay by the carrier, for whatever reasons, we cannot be held liable. The customer has the duty to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products he receives following his order.

The website undertakes to respect as far as possible the date of dispatch given to you as an indication on the form of the product(s) you are ordering. When ordering with more than one item, the delivery time to be taken into account is the longest. When the parcel is to be transported to the customer’s home, in the event of the latter’s absence, the parcel will be deposited in a relay point at the customer’s disposal for a period of 15 days at the address indicated on the follow-up information. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.
