Regulations and responsibilities

In case of non-compliance with local regulations, we decline all responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compliance of ordered products with the import standards of their destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping under certain conditions:
- For deliveries in Europe (excluding French overseas territories), shipping is free from a minimum purchase amount of €69
- For deliveries outside Europe: Canada, United States and rest of the world: $299 USD
Our shipments are handled by trusted carriers: DPD Europe for deliveries in Europe, DHL and UPS Express for international shipments.
Shipment of your package
To ensure smooth delivery, it is essential to verify the accuracy of the information provided (first name, last name, address, and phone number). Indeed, if this information does not allow the carrier to deliver, or if a package left at a pickup point is not collected, it will be returned to us and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Our packages are shipped discreetly, without any visible mention of our website www.elixirati.com, and are delivered to the address indicated when placing your order. Shipping costs are communicated to you before any payment.
Furthermore, we specify that we are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable to orders destined for Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, and Réunion. Customers are responsible for any local tax, customs duty, or additional fees imposed by Canadian or American authorities when importing Elixirati products.
Delivery times and conditions
Our shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery time does not include the order preparation time, which averages 24 hours. This time is indicative and does not constitute a firm commitment. Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of stock shortage with a supplier or carrier delay, for any reason whatsoever.
Upon receipt of your package, we invite you to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products.
We undertake to respect as much as possible the shipping date indicated for information on the product sheet. For grouped orders, the delivery time to be considered is that of the longest product.
If you are absent during delivery, the package will be left at a pickup point available to you for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
